However if we don’t carry the item(s) you are looking for we may be able to get it for you as soon as possible subject to availability from wholesaler. Customers will need to have their prescriber/doctor call in the prescription, send an ERX (Electronic Rx) or fax it to Miraya Pharmacy.

Please have your prescriber/doctor send us the form directly or they can contact our pharmacy for verbal authorization.

SEND IN YOUR RX ORDERS ANYTIME, DAY OR NIGHT

Customers may order a prescription refill through the following ways:

  • Phone call — Customers can call in a prescription order. Have the following info ready before calling us: Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, and your Rx number.
  • Text message — Customers can request prescription via text message. Simply send your request to our phone number, include your full name and Rx number.
  • Email — Patients may request Rx refills by emailing us. Subject of the email should be “Order/Refill Rx”.

DISCOVER A NEW LEVEL OF CARE

New customers can transfer their Rx to Miraya Pharmacy from another pharmacy by providing their personal details. So our team can verify who you are with your old pharmacy.

Email or Fax your info:

  • Full name, Phone number, Date of birth
  • Your old pharmacy name and phone number
  • Add the medication name and Rx number for all the medications you’d like to transfer. Otherwise, state “Transfer all of my medications”.
  • Verify your insurance by email or in-store.
  • Subject of the email/fax should be “Transfer Rx”.

EFFICIENT & TIMELY RX SERVICE

At Miraya Pharmacy, we provide various convenient methods to receive your filled prescription medications. Customers have the option to collect their orders by:

  • Pickup In-store
  • Curbside Pickup
  • Delivery Available (Call for delivery prices)
  • Shipping Available (Free in California on orders over $250)
